Bridge-open is the easy milestone; the stress test is first large withdrawals under quotas after Taiko said every L2 asset was replenished 1:1. This was a chain state verification compromise, not a simple bridge pause, and Taiko’s June 21 notice said the security assumptions for all bridges deployed on Taiko could no longer be relied on.
