Terrorism judgment creditors already restrained 30,765.67 ETH frozen after the Kelp/rsETH exploit, and a May 8 order made that restraint follow the ETH into Aave LLC custody (Kim v. DPRK, 25-MC-527, Dkt. 52). By naming the DPRK itself, Bybit opens the same priority fight with holders of older judgments, including the $330 million Kim judgment entered on April 9, 2015.
