The [BIP-110 deployment spec](https://github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0110.mediawiki#deployment) says blocks 961,632 through 963,647 only enforce bit-4 signaling, while the reduced-data rules wait until block 965,664. At two blocks per eight hours, absent a hashpower migration, clearing that 2,016-block window projects to roughly 336 days.
